IBISWorld
Research reports on a wide range of industries, including Cable Networks, Television Production, and Movie & Video Production.
Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage
Best for a broad industry overviews. Covers industry trends, forecasts, major players and market share data, key ratios, and statistics. Click on "Industries" in the top navigation bar, and select “Media” or "Broadcasting, Cable & Satellite".
COMPANIES
Capital IQ
Data on public and private companies, investment firms, capital transactions, and people. NOTE: MBA students will need to register for a Capital IQ account for remote access to the database. Alternately, MBA students can access the database within the Stamps Reading Room (Baker Library | Bloomberg Center, 3rd floor).
