ABI/ProQuest
Find articles and reports using keywords specific to your market and real estate sector; also a good source for Business Monitor International reports which focus on the real estate market in countries around the globe.

EMIS
Select a country from the list. Click on the Industry Analysis tab and select Real Estate from the list of industries. Limiting the search to reports to see recent market, industry and sector reports.​

Jones Lang LaSalle
Reports on market conditions around the globe, covering retail, office and residential markets. A variety of countries and some cities in emerging markets are profiled. 

Knight Frank
Reports on specific residential and commercial markets including global reports on the city and country level. Their Global Briefing site may be of interest as well, highlighting recent reports and news on international topics. Asia is particularly well covered by KF, and they recently released a report on the African market.

Refinitiv Workspace
Click on the ‘Research’ tab and select ‘Advanced Research’ from the drop down menu. Enter keywords and/or limit by industry, geography, or keywords. Urban Land Institute
Search the Urban Land Institute collection of research reports for access to their regional Emerging Trends in Real Estate series. The site also allows you to limit your search by geography and/or real estate sector (industrial, residential, etc).

International Statistical Agencies
National statistical agencies are great sources for country and sub-country level data.

World Development Indicators
Statistics for almost 600 development indicators (including public health, environment, education, and labor force) dating as far back as 1960.

CountryData.com provides over seventy-five country risk-related variables including political, economic, financial, and government stability. Also includes domestic and international economic indicators, social indicators, ICRG Risk Ratings, and Coplin-O'Leary Forecasts.

Global Financial Stability Report
Assessment of global financial markets, including emerging market financing from the IMF. Focuses on current conditions and highlights financial imbalances and other issues that could jeopardize financial market stability and sustained market access by emerging market borrowers.
