Sustainability Disclosure Database – You can search for individual university’s sustainability reports which may include energy use or related data at university level but not building level. The database may not include all the universities/colleges. You may also conduct a google search for a particular university’s report.

Commercial Building Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) is the only national-level source of data on the characteristics and energy use of commercial buildings. It includes data on education sector. You may have to look into the survey reports.
