Executive changes

Where can I find information on management or executive changes?


A.

Factiva:

  1. click the ► next to Subject.
  2. Type management moves in the search box and click heading to add to the search.
  3. Click the ► next to Company.
  4. Type company name to search for desired company and click to add to the search.
  5. Enter other desired search criteria, then click Search.

Capital IQ:

Screen for changes:

  1. Mouse over Screening, then click Key Developments.
  2. In the menu box for Key Developments, click Category. 
  3. Add Corporate Structure Related to the search.

To find changes on a specific company:

  1. Search by company name
  2. Under News, Events & Filings on the left side navigation, click Key Developments.
  3. Expand the Customized View menu to look focus search on Corporate Structure Related.
     

Bloomberg

  1. Use the Who's News function: Type NI WNEWS and press GO .
