How can I find today's news by country?

Factiva: aggregates news from thousands of national and local newspapers, magazines, trade publications and transcripts. Go to News Pages then choose country from drop down menu. the default is U.S. 

Nexis Uni: features more than 15,000 news, business and legal sources from LexisNexis. Select Country Info, then select Country and select Sources.
