Q.
Companies: capital changes and distributions

How do I look up capital changes (such as stock splits and dividends) for a specific company?

A.

Use Capital Changes  (Go to Tax - Estates, Gifts and Trusts)

Enter a company into the Search box.

OR

Use Bloomberg:

  • Type the ticker symbol, then hit the EQUITY key.
  • Type DVD then hit GO for a history of stock splits and dividends for that company.
  • OR, type CACS then hit GO for a corporate actions calendar, including events such as stock buybacks, capital changes, and distributions.
