Multiple classes of stock

How can I identify companies with multiple classes of stock?


A.

Use Bloomberg.

  1. Type EQS and hit GO.
  2. In the amber box under Add Screening Criteria type desired screening criteria and choose from suggested Top Matches.
  3. Type multiple shares available to find securities with this attribute.

Capital IQ

  1. Hover over Screening then select Equities.
  2. In the search box for criteria type in dual.
  3. You can then select dual class stock -- yes
