Library Equipment: Printing, Copying, Scanning, Wireless

Public Computers

Baker Library has 22 computers available to users in the Stamps Reading Room.  Computers allow Web access as well as Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Printing

B&W printers are available to users at Baker

  • MBAs: Send print jobs from library computers to MBA Printers.  Charges will be added to your term bill ($0.10 per page, less for double-sided).
  • Other Library Visitors: Send print jobs to Guest Printers. Printing requires the use of a Crimson Cash,
  • ($0.10 per page, less for double-sided). If you do not have an HUID or Crimson Cash card, please ask library staff for assistance.

Color printers are not available at Baker. 

  • MBAs may use the color printers at Aldrich (first floor), Spangler (second floor, West) or the Harvard iLab. 
  • Other Library Visitors may go to MSP Digital in the basement of Spangler.

Printing from laptops:

  • MBAs: Download the HBS/Secure queue to print at Baker and elsewhere on campus from your laptop.  See HBS Printing Options for more info on this and on mobile printing.
  • Other Library Visitors: please see library staff for assistance.

Copying & Scanning

  • B&W and color copiers are available in the Stamps Reading Room Annex (3rd floor).  
  • Copying requires the use of Crimson Cash, and is $0.10 per page. If you do not have an HUID or Crimson Cash card, please ask library staff for assistance.
  • One photocopier also is a scanner.  Scanning is free of charge. 

Wireless

Wireless networking is available throughout Baker Library. HBS affiliates may select HBS Secure.  Other library visitors may select HBS Guest.
