Screening: Multinational Companies

How do I screen for companies headquartered in one country or region with revenue or offices in another country or region?

Capital IQ

  1. Hover over the Screening tab menu and select Companies.
  2. Under Company Details, click Industry Classifications.
  3. Select Industrial Conglomerates under Industrials > Capital Goods.
  4. Click Add Criteria.
  5. Under Financial Information, click Geographic Segments.
  6. Select Revenue from the Segment Financials pick list.
  7. Select Greater Than from the Value drop-down menu.
  8. Type in the Value field.
  9. Type in the Value field for segment (s) must match financial criterion.
  10. Select Type as OR.
  11. Click Add Criteria. Note: Add additional screening criteria and display columns as desired.
  12. Click View Results.
