Locating SEC filings

Where can I find SEC filings?


A.

Use Capital IQ to find SEC filings for public companies:

  1. Type a company name or ticker into the main search bar to load the company landing page.
  2. On the left side of the page, under 'News, Events & Filings' select SEC Filings
  3. Enter your search criteria such as filing date, keyword search, and many more under 'Advanced Criteria'.

Use Tegus  company profiles link to BamSEC company filings.

  1. Type a company name into the main search bar
  2. Select the company profile
  3. Click on  BamSEC

You can also go directly to BacSEC our database profile page.

Use LSEG Workspace to find SEC filings for public companies: 

  1. Type a company name or ticker into the main search bar to load the company overview page.
  2. Hover over the Filings tab and select Filings.
  3. Use the filters on the left to search the available filings.
