Q.
Patent search: Cortellis

How can I begin a patent search in Cortellis and can I search by therapeutic areas, e.g.?

A.

Cortellis for Competitive Intelligence combines a collection of pharmaceutical industry data and life science related content into a single platform including news, data/information on drugs and medical devices, clinical trials, literature, patents, licensing, companies, etc.

Searching for patent data can begin with multiple ways. We suggest you begin with Advanced Search, or the Competitive Landscape Viewer. With any of them, you can search by various data fields including indication, company, patent numbers, classification codes, technology, keywords, etc.
