How can alumni search for company or industry news and research?
ABI/ProQuest is a best-in-class source for company and industry news, including industry research reports.
Company news:
1. Click “Advanced Search” in the page header.
2. Enter company name in the search box; then select “Company/organization” in the drop-down menu to the right of the search box.
3. Enter a date range, if desired, in the “Publication date” drop-down menu.
4. Click “Search.” On the results page, you can filter results by publication, document type, etc. if needed.
Industry Reports:
ABI provides in depth research reports from BMI Research, First Research, The Economist Intelligence Unit, and others covering hundreds of markets and countries.
1. Click “Browse” in the page header.
2. Select publisher, e.g. BMI, First Research, etc.
3. Browse reports by industry/subject and/or geography, depending on publisher.
Value Line provides information and advice on stocks, industries, mutual funds, options, and convertibles.
Morningstar Investment Research Center provides financial information on stocks, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds. Also includes access to Morningstar analyst research on over 3,000 securities.
GlobalData Disruptor covers technology focused innovations, trends, and consumer insights. Areas of focus include artificial intelligence, blockchain, connected devices and IoT, digital business, robotics and drones, and security tech.
