Books at other Harvard libraries (Harvard Direct):

For books at most major Harvard libraries in the Boston and Cambridge area, use Harvard Direct for delivery.  Find the book in the HOLLIS catalog, then click on "Request Item" on the HOLLIS page for that book and it will be delivered to Baker within 4 days.

If you need a book from a library that does not participate in Harvard Direct, you may place an Interlibrary Loan request for books at other Harvard libraries.  To place an Interlibrary Loan request, please use the link on the library's Get It page.

Please visit libraries not participating in Harvard Direct in person to retrieve books.

Books or journals not available at Harvard:

Please consult Get It for requesting library materials not available at Harvard, either through Borrow Direct or Interlibrary Loan.
