- Use Thomson ONE. Click on Screening & Analysis. Click on Filings then on Filings Search. In the Filing Category box, click on the magnifying glass icon. Click on Search and make sure that the drop-down is set for Contains. Enter S-1. Add any additional criteria then click on Search.
- Use Knowledge Mosaic to locate S1 and other SEC filings. Search by text and multiple parameters pertaining to both filer and filing, including limiting your search to Investment Company filings or Mutual Fund filings. When searching the complete SEC filings database, you can also limit your search to specific exhibits.
- S1 registrations and other filings that are not in Thomson ONE may be ordered through Thomson for a fee. Contact Thomson directly at 1-800-638-8241 for more information.
