Glassdoor.com
Self-described as “career and workplace community where anyone can find and anonymously share real-time reviews, ratings, and salary details about specific jobs for specific employers,” Glassdoor.com provides detailed company reviews, employee ratings on workplace and leadership, including CEO approval ratings and compensation information by company and position.  A somewhat unique feature of Glassdoor.com is that it provides details of salary, bonuses, and other compensation for actual positions and titles at specific companies.

HBS MBA Recruiting - Data and Statistics
This report is compiled each year to assist HBS students and employers. Includes bonus information, anonymous salary information, and revised industry definitions.

Business Insider 
Searchable database of the last three years of salary disclosures, collected from the USCIS website, curated to a range of more than 250 companies that Insider reporters regularly cover. The data is filterable by employer name, type of job, and job location, catching the differences between software engineers in Silicon Valley and Miami. This data comes from visa-holding employees, and not American citizens or permanent residents. While it is indicative of what these companies pay for similar jobs across the board, it is not absolute.
