Baker Library's Historic Corporate Reports Collection consists of selected original company documents dating from ca. 1820 - to the present. Included are annual reports, prospectuses, proxies, registration statements, and miscellaneous items such as brokerage-house reports, charts, and unpublished corporate histories. The collection documents approximately 20,000 companies. Hard copy reports not available on microfilm through the Stamps Reading Room are stored offsite and require at least one business day to retrieve.

Records for this collection are not generally available in HOLLIS, but an in house database is available for searching, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Baker Library Historical Collections is located in the de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM (excepting most holidays).  Visits to the Reading Room on the first floor of Baker Library.  An appointment to use the database is not required.

Historical Collections staff can search for up to 10 company names.  Extensive searches (more than 10 company names) can be done for an hourly fee. There is a maximum search time of two hours for this service. To request a search, please contact us and send a list of the companies that you are interested in.
