How do I order a book or article that is available either within the Harvard libraries (HBS faculty and staff only) or from another library?

Books at other Harvard libraries:

There is currently no delivery service for Harvard library books.  However, faculty (and staff supporting faculty) may place an Interlibrary Loan request for books at other Harvard libraries.  To place an Interlibrary Loan request, please use the link on the library's Get It page.   

We ask that students visit the individual Harvard library in person to retrieve books.

Books or journals not available at Harvard:

Please consult Get It for information on locating and requesting library materials not available at Harvard, either through Borrow Direct or Interlibrary Loan.

Any fees incurred through Interlibrary Loan will be charged back to HBS faculty research budgets.

There is no charge to HBS students for Interlibrary Loan.
