Books at other Harvard libraries (Harvard Direct):

For books at Harvard's Widener, Countway, or Law School libraries, use Harvard Direct for delivery.  Find the book in the HOLLIS catalog, then click on "Request Item" on the HOLLIS page for that book and it will be delivered to Baker within 4 days.

Currently, there is no delivery service for books at other Harvard Libraries beyond Widener, Countway, or Law.  However, the Harvard Library plans to roll this service out slowly to other libraries.  In the meantime, faculty (and staff supporting faculty) may place an Interlibrary Loan request for books at other Harvard libraries.  To place an Interlibrary Loan request, please use the link on the library's Get It page.

We ask that students visit the individual Harvard library in person to retrieve books.

Books or journals not available at Harvard:

Please consult Get It for requesting library materials not available at Harvard, either through Borrow Direct or Interlibrary Loan.
